Infosys block deal on March 12: One of Infosys promoters, Shruti Shibulal acquired additional shares of IT firm on Wednesday 469 crores through an open market transaction.
Shruti is the daughter of Infosys co-founder and former CEO SD Shibulal.
According to the block deal data on NSE, Shruti bought 29.84 lakh shares of Infosys in Bengaluru.
The shares were raised at average price 1,574 episi, to take the deal price 469.69 crores.
Meanwhile, one of SD Shibulal’s family members, Gaurav Manchhanda sold the same shares at the same price.
INFOSYS shares closed down 4.31 percent 1,590.05 episi on NSE.
On Tuesday, Shruti bought IT Major shares 494 crores.
