Shriram Finance Dividend: Non-banking financial services (NBFC) firm, Shriram Finance Limited announced its second interim dividend issue For the financial year 2024-25 per equity share of face value Rs.2.50 As per exchange filing on Friday, January 24, 2 each were paid in full.
The company was declared the “second interim dividend 125% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2024-25 paid in full, subject to deduction of tax at source,” according to the BSE filing.
This means that every eligible shareholder will get Rs.2.50 per equity share at face value 2 were conducted after meeting the prescribed criteria.
The company also revealed that the record date for the issuance of interim dividend will be set as Friday, January 31, 2025, while the second interim dividend payment to shareholders will be made on or before Saturday, February 22, according to the filing data.
