How to create awesome 3D videos for Facebook with Alight Motion

What does it mean to be truly immersive? It means fully immersing users in the experience that you want to create, so that they feel like they are actually in the same room with your brand. This can’t be done with regular 2D content, which only allows users to look at something from one point of view. This 3D motion graphics tutorial will show you how to use Alight Motion’s suite of tools to help you create truly immersive 3D videos with no coding required!

Overview

Alight Motion is a powerful animation software that enables people and businesses to produce high-quality, 3D videos. It’s easy to use and has an intuitive interface, so you can quickly get started on your projects.

1) Download and install the latest version of Alight Motion.

2) Choose a template or start from scratch.

3) Import your video clips into the timeline and arrange them in the order you want them to playback.

Step 1 – Choose your template

A template is the background of your video. They come in many different styles and colors, so you can be sure to find one that fits your needs.

Step 2 – Edit photos

Select up to five high-quality photos of your product or service. Follow the instructions and click on Create 3D Video in the center of the screen. Select Pose 1, then select the photo you want it based on. Select Pose 2, then select another photo from your selection that is different than Pose 1. This will be used as a transition between Poses 1 and 2.

Step 3 – Add graphics and text

Add graphics and text to your video on ‍Alight Motion. ‍You can add in text boxes, shapes, lines, arrows, and labels from the menu on the left side of the screen or by using the drawing tools located at the bottom of the screen. For example, if you want to point out a specific part of your video, highlight that area by clicking and dragging your mouse over it. Then type in a title and description below it. You can also use an arrow to point something out to make it stand out more. You might even want to draw a box around your entire video so people know what they’re watching.

If you already have an idea of what you want your video to say, feel free to copy and paste the text into the box instead of typing it all out yourself!

Step 4 – Create a video preview of your scene

When you have saved your scene, it will show up in the preview window. You can make changes to the scene at any point by going into the Scene Editor. The preview window is a great way to see if you need to adjust anything before rendering and exporting your video.
